Do not use lowcost interlock. Had device installed year ago. Kills your Battery. last year had to change the Battery when it got cold out. year later same thing is happening. had charging system and battery checked both Are fine. but lowcost insists that the device is not the at fault. on top of that if you need to talk to someone good luck. 4 to 8 hour wait on call back. if they call back at all.
This company sucks. This company has ZERO company service after you schedule for your installation. Their claim that they refurbish their units is a lie. If you have a missed test because you didn’t hear it, they violate you, but they only tell you weeks after you get it calibrated. Which extends your time that you have to have it. A great way for a company to retain customers. Just straight thieves.
Kills my battery only had I my car 2 weeks going on 2nd brand new battery at 200 a piece then I get violations so on vair and I can’t even set me up an account so I can go online instead they have me under my boyfriend’s account with my name being Tammy Timothy with a different address is b******* they need to figure it out

The device and Company advertises no suck back after blow or beep. But it did it to me the literally 11th month of the contract. The whole time I was with him I had five new devices five new handsets two new blockers. One shop I went to the whole 10 months demanded to have another shop look at the insulation and found it was never installed correctly. I was never reimbursed and I was never compensated. As long as nothing resulted into a violation I was willing to just deal with it. But once the machine would not register that I was blowing for the fifth time in the 11 months I was with them that resulted into a violation that they had to overturn because I have video. I recorded every single thing that happened and the 12 months I was with them. Their machines like all the other ones are glitchy. It is what the company does about it, that matters and this company did nothing about it once I told them that the machine asked me to suck back.they terminating my contract. For no reason. I have 3 months left and I went to another company and haven’t had one problem their machines are not supposed to ask that. Record everything on video.! Promise you that will save you money.
